We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, and create a harmonious environment where our therapists can focus on your needs. VISION STATEMENT - Arch Brows Salon & Spa is dedicated to providing superior, customized care through ongoing education and extensive product knowledge. Our main focus is promoting wellness and beauty in every aspect, to each other and our clientele. Through charitable contributions, we strive to improve the world with the dedicated efforts of the entire Arch Brows Empire. We receive the best training in the industry and above all, believe in providing an amazing service, as well as a memorable, life changing experience.

PACKAGES/SERVICES - All pre-purchase packages/services are non-refundable and non-transferable. All Pre-purchase packages/services are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. All sales are final. No cash value. Not valid with any other offer.

CHILD POLICY - For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, children are not permitted unless they are receiving services.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY - The time needed for the service(s) or Spa Package that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24-Hours notice for individual services and 48 hours on packages of two services or more. Please call us at 817-562-1601, if no one answers, leave your message on our voicemail. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if the service time is available and other guests are not inconvenienced. We reserve the right to charge your credit card if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled. We do not provide refunds for cancelled, Spa packages, multiple service reservations, No show, or for parties of three or more are charged at full value for cancellation without appropriate notice. Last minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the service value and are not refundable or available for spa credit. All service and package sales, retail sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds. We understand life happens but we also appreciate your cooperation.

LATE POLICY - If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are cancelled with a 100% spa credit, which is yours to use for your rescheduled future reservation. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY - The Spa accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover as payment. All gratuities may be paid directly to the aesthetician. We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 18%-20%.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE - We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

PRODUCT RETURNS - NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGE due to health regulations.

PROMOTIONS - All Arch Brows promotions/special pricing cannot be combined OR used with other Arch Brows promotional offers. Price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases or services. GIFT CERTIFICATE -

  • Arch Brows Salon & Spa reserves the right to immediately invalidate gift certificates, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback, or other form of repudiated payment made towards the gift certificate.
  • Arch Brows Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Reasonable and prudent steps are taken to verify the legitimacy of a redeemer and upon full redemption or at the expiration date, we deactivate the gift certificate.
  • Arch Brows Salon & Spa reserves the right to dishonor the gift certificate, if it reasonably believes the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser.
  • Gift certificates are not redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the gift certificate.
  • Arch Brows Salon & Spa will replace a lost gift certificate if before its expiration date, provided the original gift certificate hasn't been redeemed and the replacement is issued to either the original purchaser or a verifiable recipient.
  • Arch Brows Salon & spa reserves the right to contact gift certificate purchasers, or known recipients, to remind them of upcoming expiration dates.
  • Arch Brows Salon & Spa reserves the right to change these salon policies from time to time in its sole discretion.
