EVEN IF YOU'VE HAD SEMI PERMANENT MAKEUP (MICROPIGMENTATION) DONE IN THE PAST, THERE'S IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU'LL NEED TO KNOW BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT. THESE WILL ENSURE THAT THE APPOINTMENT ITSELF AND THE HEALING PROCESS BOTH GO AS SMOOTHLY AS POSSIBLE.

Before your micropigmentation appointment with us, please fill out, sign and bring each of the following forms with you to your appointment:

• Pre-Procedure Instructions
• Client Consent Form
• Client Medical Intake Form

Please also bring the form(s) from the following list that are appropriate to your procedure:

• Eyebrow Post-Procedure Care & Healing Schedules
• Eyeliner Post-Procedure Care & Healing Schedules
• Lips Post-Procedure Care & Healing Schedules

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first appointment.
